While we are prepared to offer an amendment to provide funding for the Army to accelerate chemical demilitarization, we would be willing to withdraw the amendment if the Chairman of the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee would be supportive of funding for the Army's Chemical Demilitarization program during the conference on the supplemental.
