I think we do in general. I think this is part of a broader issue where we need to introduce robustness and resilience into our whole grid for many kinds of natural and unnatural threats.

We are seeing that. We saw that with the EIA announcement yesterday in terms of the lowest CO2 emissions that we've had in quite some years in this country with natural gas playing an important role in that.

I'm extremely bullish about this. In fact, if you take a step back it's a pretty remarkable story.

We need to really think about addressing our security and our climate issues in an integrative way.
