Eric Shinseki: “The President once again firmly demonstrates his respect and sense of obligation for our Nation's 22 million veterans.”

As President Obama said veterans have done their duty and they ask nothing more than this country, does ours, that we uphold our sacred trust to all who have served, and we will.

I do not think any veteran, whatever the condition, should have to wait that long in any of our facilities, whether it is an emergency room or a clinic.

We will eliminate veteran homelessness by 2015.

Any allegation, any adverse incident like this makes me--makes me mad as hell.
