When Secretary Shinseki came in, one of the first things he directed as the Secretary of Veterans Affairs is directing us to build a full inpatient medical facility.

I assure them that at VA our experience is when we diagnose and treat whatever the issue is, but even PTS or PTSD, that people improve and that they should not let that be a barrier to them making a hiring decision.
