The President's vision reflected in these requests is about empowering veterans to help lead the rebuilding of the middle class.

I ask the Committee, and the rest of Congress, to help us by resolving this fiscal impasse now.

We continually seek innovative ways to further improve our ability to design and construct state-of-the-art facilities for Veterans and their families.

This is not a once and done, or whenever we have a crisis, we do. This is an ongoing set of looks at ourselves.
