It's also important to recognize that the way we build and deliver projects is as important as how much we invest.

Many of these regulations can slow down a project and stifle that economic progress, can create uncertainty for businesses, the project itself, increase the time it takes to construct the project, increase the cost of that project.

A vibrant, economic and efficient freight rail network is critical to the success of U.S. manufacturers, and our Nation's economy.
