We want all funding and financing options to be available, because that is going to be the biggest challenge facing this infrastructure proposal.
Infrastructure is indeed the backbone of our country's economy, the most productive, flexible, and dynamic in the world.
I think regulations need to be based on sound science, real data, to ensure that the best regulations are put forward that indeed will be effective and help to promote the ultimate goal.
So the issue is not only how much to fund our infrastructure projects, but also how to increase the pipeline of available projects.
