If we can replace fossil fuels with the sun, now that the costs have come down dramatically, I think it would be a good, not only energy policy, but a good economic policy for Puerto Rico.

What happened to government of the people and by the people? What happened to democratic values?

We are a forgotten island and that shouldn't be.

I want to make sure that the Energy Commission will be approving any rate increase--and I don't want any, by the way, because it affects the economic development of Puerto Rico.
