I think we owe respect to our fellow citizens down in Puerto Rico, and we are not giving them that respect.

It is shameful to actually treat Puerto Rico as property of anyone.

I have no doubt there has been fraud, corruption, and waste in PREPA.

I want to make sure that the Energy Commission will be approving any rate increase--and I don't want any, by the way, because it affects the economic development of Puerto Rico.
