NOAA's calculations for determining projected economic impacts of their rule are just wrong. They are flat-out wrong.
The proposed rule will cause grave safety issues for recreational vessels and pilot vessels alike.
The economic benefit, I might add, of that project is one of the highest in ratio of any project in the country, with a return for every dollar that we spend, we get a return of $7.50.
