We will hold Kabila responsible and accountable to instituting, implementing the agreements.

The gains, though, can only hold through sustained good governance, commitment to tackle enormous security challenges, and determination to bring a better future for the country and its people.

We will continue to press for an end to violence, broad-based dialogue without precondition, respect for human rights, and accountability.
