The strategy is “to placate, make offers, accept what Trump offers to you,” says Dmytro Kuleba.

The first one is the fierce resistance of Ukrainian army, and Ukrainian people, on the ground. And second, it's sanctions imposed on Russia, sanctions which cause Russian economy, to go down and to suffer.

They continue their struggle, but it seems, from the way the Russian army behaves in Mariupol, they decided to raze the city to the ground at any cost.
