Cyril Ramaphosa: “Today, we remember the South African soldiers who fought at Delville Wood.”

We honour them not as servants of a racial state, but as sons of Africa whose courage transcended the injustice of their time.

We must acknowledge that in too many municipalities, government has not succeeded to maintain infrastructure, to manage water services properly and to respond with sufficient urgency,

These are the values and principles that we need to adhere to. The credibility of this partnership depends not only on what it delivers but on how it delivers,

We will be pulling out all stops to find these perpetrators.
