I thank the gentleman for offering this amendment. The amendment, as he explained, directs the Secretary to complete the final feasibility report for the Great Lakes Mississippi River study on the Brandon Roads by next February. Keeping this study on track is important. I understand my colleague's concern about not having it drag on without conclusion. I really appreciate the gentleman for offering this. Mr. Chair, I am prepared to accept the amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
