Just as said the need for additional environmental studies in the Arctic should not be used as a de facto moratorium.
It is also critical that we test these dispersants not just for surface distribution, which has been their traditional use, but also for deep water purposes.
This tragedy will be compounded if we learn nothing about the opportunities that are available to us.
If dramatic steps are not taken we fear that at some point in the coming years another failure will occur.
