Let's not make, you know, the excuse of waiting for more reports to stop doing what we know we can do safely now.

We certainly felt that not only was it fair but that it was urgent that the deterioration of the Gulf is at such a pace that if we wait another 20 or 30 years, it may be irredeemable.

We've got to see this as a global threat.

I think it was a win-win.
