I found when I needed assistance in working through possible committee assignments and understanding the program and how it all works, Howard Greene was there at my side to give me the assistance I needed and helped me find my way through that, which could be so confusing to a newcomer. Subsequently, as a member of the Legislative Branch Subcommittee of the Appropriations Committee, I had the opportunity to interact with Howard during appropriations hearings that he was called upon to attend as the Sergeant at Arms.
