If I may create a somewhat crude analogy but one I hope makes the point, there is a law in science known as the law of gravity. The law of gravity says two bodies will attract each other when falling in free space, so that an individual who walks to the edge of a cliff and looks down and jumps into space will be attracted to the mass of the Earth below him and end up down at the bottom of the valley. We call this falling off a cliff. Some people will go to the edge of a cliff and, in desperation, jump off the cliff to commit suicide. Others will be playing at the edge of a cliff, examining the beautiful view, and, by accident, stumble and fall off the cliff. And there are those who say: Well, it isn't fair. It isn't fair.…
