I agree with you that parents should have information and should have the fullest amount of information when making a decision for their child with a disability.
I support Congress readdressing this and looking at this budget item, ensuring schools have the resources that they need to keep kids safe.
Any school that accepts Federal funds will follow Federal laws, period, without discrimination.
