In a school setting, a student has the right to be there and the right to learn.

We have not done a good job of helping students to know what their full menu of options are when pursuing higher education.

Student success should be measured by the outcomes--by what they achieve. It should not be measured by the number of inputs.

Children should never, ever be discriminated against.
