The use of defamation laws, foreign agent registration laws, and anti-NGO laws to silence free speech is nothing new.

That is why virtually every international aid organization that has operated worldwide for decades says they have never experienced a worse manmade humanitarian disaster than that in Gaza.

why do we not widen this piece of legislation out so it includes all human rights abusers in Russia?
