So it is at least somewhat successful in breaking down the stovepipe approach to get cross-fertilization and cross-cooperation within the interagency system?
I think there is concern that the administration is headed down a path to make unilateral reductions in U.S. nuclear weapons.
I firmly agree with the importance of oversight because we are in a government-owned/contractor-operated situation, there are substantial liabilities.
