My problem with this is, the way my colleague phrased his question is, because this person was an associate and there was a business operative and there is a Communist cigarette, he just made three assumptions there. My answer would be, send the FBI agents out. Check with this individual. If there is a need to bring him before a committee and need to subpoena him, then do their investigation before they subpoena.
