I suggest that we stop calling it Compact Impact. Let's call it 'Compact Support.'

I urge Congress to support initiatives that reinforce America's position as a strong and trusted partner in the Pacific.

However, we will not let them have control over Guam and the Pacific region. No way.

The United States needs to take every possible action to ensure that these values remain a part of our lives, no matter what.
