The absence of leadership at the federal level has had a devastating impact on kids' education in the spring, and now going into the fall and that hasn't changed.

Let me be really clear: what many states on a voluntary basis have done, including your state, is raise standards.

Well, it's unbelievably disturbing and infuriating, and obviously, she is lying. Obviously, there's no science there. And not only is she fundamentally dishonest, she is dangerous.

The Federal government has to step up now and do that.
