Abelardo de la Espriella: “Choco will never again be the ‘land of the forgotten,’”

We need to affect the pocket of the criminals because it will hurt them.

Never again a permanent blockade of a highway. Never again an urban bus lane turned into a trench.

We need to turn all those opportunities that Colombia has in investments and productive chains, in manufacturing and also in employment for our people.

I am not the kind of president who abandons his heroes in difficult times.
