I am a champion of collaboration, but I think you recognize it has not been a cure-all.

I am a big supporter of incentivizing collaboratives. We are seeing it is absolutely a step in the right direction.

I will say, each year I am disappointed in the Administration's lack of prioritization of clean coal technology and funding in its budget.

We support this legislation and look forward to the positive impacts that it will have on the lives of so many of our school-age children.
