I was proud to introduce a resolution to designate May 5th as a national day of awareness for missing and murdered Native women and girls.

I think it is really, really important, because you all, sometimes it feels like you are a long way away.

On behalf of the Blackfeet Tribe, I would request that you would make that trip.
