Without finalized settlements, our farmers, our ranchers, our water users are left in limbo.
The tribes shouldn't have to take the BIA to court to squeeze out more resources to serve their communities.
It is the last water rights battle we have in Indian Country, and it is a big deal for Montana.
On behalf of the Blackfeet Tribe, I would request that you would make that trip.
