I was certainly very pleased last month when Secretary Zinke visited the Blackfeet Reservation to authorize the first transfer of funds for the Blackfeet Water Rights Settlement. It was a long time coming.

I will say I am disappointed that my Crow Revenue Act was not included in today's hearing.
The Crow Tribe Water Settlement Amendments Act and the Crow Revenue Act both bolster tribal sovereignty, increase energy security, and we both know, fund much-needed resources on the reservation.
