Before this Commander in Chief sends them into harm's way, it is his obligation and duty to make sure that we know the conditions to bring them home. His actions today are a dereliction of his duty. It affects every soldier, sailor, airman, and marine in harm's way. A veto and the subsequent continuing resolution causes harm to our troops.…”
