I urge this subcommittee to support significantly increased funding for Indian Country, especially chronically underfunded tribal environmental resiliency programs.

Maybe we should expand our definition, on innovation, of what title looks like so a person can buy maybe a piece of an apartment or expand it so at least you own and gain equity in the title.

I urge the subcommittee to support prompt passage of the bipartisan TERRA Act. There is no time to waste.
