Mr. Chair, I thank the chairman and his staff for the hard work they have done in helping me to bring this to the floor. It was a learning experience for all of us. I thank the gentleman for his efforts and work. I also thank the Vietnam veterans. They don't have to look at the UH- 1s flying to protect our missiles again.
