I thank you, Chairman Simpson and Representative Kilmer, for your vision and leadership on the TERRA Act.
We did fund 41,500 beds. Don't want to speak for anybody else, but I do support 41,500 beds.
H.R. 3200 would help meet these goals.
I've always said there are places where it is appropriate to develop and where it's not.
