Ryan Zinke: “We as Blackfeet today, have come to realize that if we are not at the table, we are on the menu.”

The TERRA Act fills gaps and eliminates barriers, cutting through red tape to provide tribes with one place to go for accessing resources.

I urge the subcommittee to support prompt passage of the bipartisan TERRA Act. There is no time to waste.

I thank you, Chairman Simpson and Representative Kilmer, for your vision and leadership on the TERRA Act.
