Unanimous-Consent Request--H.R. 4096 Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to Calendar No. 326, H.R. 4096; that the Senate adopt my amendments Nos. 5003 and 5004, which is the agreed-upon tax extenders package, the bill be read the third time and passed, the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table, the Senate return to the port security bill--which is not objected to--and all this occur without intervening action.
