The Finance Committee has examined this amendment, and we approve it. I think it is a good idea to encourage greater research into fuel cell development. It is clearly a technology of the future. The sooner we begin, the better. This is a very modest amendment, but it is an important amendment, and I urge the Senate to adopt it.
