“I think that North Dakotans should know that there is no Senator who has worked harder on this issue than their Senator, Kent Conrad. He and I have teamed up many times on this matter. And I must say it is a combination of working with the Senator from North Dakota, as well as the other Senator from North Dakota, Senator Dorgan, and other members of the House delegation that has enabled us to stem-- pardon the pun--more of the flow down the stream. But this is a problem that has to be corrected, and I thank my colleague for joining me in assuring this correction is made.”
