I commend the chairman for raising this issue at conference. It is a very serious issue; that is, whether corporations that invert should enjoy the privileges of some of the provisions of the bill about to be passed and soon signed by the President. I say to my good friend that I want to work with the chairman in defining what the proper way is to deal with dividends paid by corporations who invert. I hope to find a good solid solution.
