I ask unanimous consent the votes with respect to amendments and passage of H.R. 2832, the GSP bill, occur at 4:30 p.m.; that all after the first vote be 10-minute votes; that prior to the vote in relation to the Cornyn amendment, there be 10 minutes equally divided, with remaining provisions of the previous order remaining in effect; finally, the amount of additional time this agreement adds for debate on the bill and amendments prior to the votes be equally divided between the two leaders or their designees. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection? The Chair hears none, and it is so ordered.
