Democrats and Republicans need to write a TPA that leads to better trade agreements.

I say to them if you were to get into war with the U.S., every part of the China dream goes right to hell.

Today we have a tremendous opportunity to boost our economy and create American jobs through trade.

I think it is a creative idea.
