“I ask unanimous consent that all remaining time be yielded back, with the exception of 15 minutes, to be equally divided between Senator Baucus and the Republican leader, with Senator Baucus controlling the first 7\1/2\ minutes; that upon completion of their remarks, the Senate proceed to votes on passage of H.R. 3080, H.R. 3079, and H.R. 3078 as provided under the previous order; that there be 2 minutes, equally divided, in the usual form between the votes; and that all after the first vote be 10-minute votes.
