We've kept the peace since WWII. We lead. We help solve disputes between countries, upholding our values.

So from my perspective, all I heard is China complaining, frankly, that the U.S. is not allowing the technology transfer that they like under the U.S. Export and Control Act.

I am very concerned that this will have an adverse effect on small businesses...
