We have to keep asking that question of the Chinese and of ourselves.
If we do not stay in the game, we will be left on the sidelines.
The Senate has yet to speak on those two Chinese initiatives.
I say to them if you were to get into war with the U.S., every part of the China dream goes right to hell.
