I am astounded by the statement made by the Senator who just spoke. This has nothing to do with the $62 billion, nothing whatever. If there are contract problems with FEMA dollars, we will discuss those and deal with them when this Senate deals with additional appropriations requests related to Katrina. This has nothing whatever to do with that. Those are FEMA dollars, contracts to repair roads and bridges.
