Not at this moment, no. It has nothing to do with FEMA. We will deal with legitimate points that the Senator from Nevada raised at another time and context when we deal with additional appropriations for FEMA. This has nothing to do with that. We are talking about people. FEMA was projects, contracts. This is people. This is people's health care. This is Medicaid, that pays for people's health care. This is an emergency. It is people's health care--for people. That is what this is. It has nothing to do with FEMA, nothing whatever. I hope the Senators understand that. I hope the country understands and realizes that. I am astounded at the objection I just heard because it has nothing to do with the objection at hand.
