Maybe we should actually be talking to the farmers that have a plow instead of the people that are using a pencil and finding out exactly which components are missing and maybe we could introduce those into the VistA system and we could actually deliver something that is working for not only the facilities but a lot better delivering benefits and services to the veterans.
