Mr. Chair, what we are saying is that none of the funds that are going to be allocated to the Office of Refugee Resettlement proposed rule would allow any of those dollars to be used for abortions for unaccompanied minors. Ms. DeLAURO. Mr. Chair, one more time, I yield time to the gentleman to clarify, but the amendment that was submitted, confirmed by the majority, is ``none of the funds made available by this act may be used to finalize, implement, or enforce the rule titled Unaccompanied Children Program Foundational Rule.'' The gentleman is speaking about something else altogether different than the proposed amendment. I reserve the balance of my time.
