He's accusing the president of the United States of a criminal offense. He's an unguided missile when he talks about these kinds of things.

The American people will have the opportunity to choose the strength and the steady hand of George Bush and Dick Cheney, or they will have the opportunity to choose a different direction that John Kerry and John Edwards want to take them.
