if the President of the United States would step forward and give a clear signal to the Super Committee that he is willing to be engaged in this, he is willing to endorse this, he is willing to say early on that he would sign legislation that goes big and goes long, I think we could get it done a la Tip O'Neill and Ronald Reagan.
